As we work to create light for others, we naturally light our own way.
Mary Anne Radmacher
One of my most important core values is generosity. Once I began studying the deeper philosophy of yoga, I discovered two key tenets that resonate with this core value:
~ A generous person sees life through a lens of abundance, not scarcity. This is known as Aparigraha. There is more than enough for me in my life.
~ Asteya means to share freely and honestly, with a focused, quality effort. And not just giving of material things, but of my time, my attention, and my heart.
I am uplifted by every opportunity to share the beauty and power of yoga, and to find ways it can help others in their life’s journey, no matter where they may be.

Please reach out to me with any opportunity where I might give back through teaching yoga, such as classes for:
- Non-profit fundraising events and retreats
- Communities with unique needs, such as those managing Parkinson’s Disease
- Women’s support groups and shelters
- Seniors, including those with mobility or cognitive challenges
I am also available as a speaker for non-profit and service organizations.
Please reach out to me using one of the links below to talk about your needs and ideas!
“Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as ever you can.”
~ John Wesley
